Job Summary

Oversee daily operation, maintenance, safety, and appearance of The East End mixed-use campus by coordinating with contractors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections. Troubleshoot building and equipment issues, perform repairs within capabilities, and confirm vendor work meets OSHA, EPA, and code requirements. Respond to tenant concerns, manage maintenance supplies, maintain accurate logs, and assist with annual capital planning for building systems and grounds. Support monthly operational reporting and maintain technical knowledge through training. Work full-time on-site Monday through Friday with some evening, weekend, and on-call emergency response duties.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least four to five years of building operations and maintenance experience
Practical understanding of commercial building systems
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues
Ability to coordinate repairs
Ability to work effectively with contractors and maintenance personnel
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills
Strong documentation skills
General computer skills

Ability to work effectively with clients, tenants, residents, contractors, vendors, and internal partners
