Site Manager - Coler Mountain Bike Preserve

Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, overseeing a ~300-acre property open 365 days a year. Direct staff hiring, training, and performance management while supervising the Campground Manager to ensure high-quality visitor experiences. Execute operations and maintenance plans for trails, grounds, and facilities, including soft surface trail inspections, vegetation management, and emergency response. Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and contractors to maintain safety and quality standards. Lead P&L management, budgeting, and capital planning to meet financial goals. Provide event setup and tear-down for special programming. Represent the foundation as the key contact for outside tours and special guests. Salaried position requiring holiday and weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- College degree
- 5+ years of park management experience
- 5-10 years of overall professional experience
- Significant facilities management required (State or National Park Management)
- Soft surface trail maintenance

- Ability to perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment
- Ability to use common hand and power tools
- operate small utility and passenger vehicles
- Exceptional customer service skills
- excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving skills

- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- staff coverage is required for holidays and weekends
