Job Summary
Site Manager at Clean Team to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned site(s) in the Fort Wayne / Auburn IN market, train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates, manage labor and supply costs, ensure high-quality janitorial services across multiple buildings, coordinate cleaning supply orders, develop and retain staff, and communicate effectively with customers and upper management while prioritizing a weekly agenda and adapting to changing client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years proven management / leadership experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience coaching, mentoring and training others
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have valid car insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a clear background check
