Job Summary
Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates while managing day-to-day operations of your assigned area. Clean your designated site, identify training needs, and retain top performers. Work with upper management to provide effective communication and manage time by prioritizing a nightly and weekly agenda. You will strategically plan using all resources, delegate duties, and make quality decisions to meet deadlines. This second shift role requires strong leadership skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to create game plans for each evening and week.

- Ability to give and receive feedback and effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
