Job Summary
Lead a team of Cleaning Associates by training staff, delegating duties, and identifying training needs to retain top performers. Manage daily site operations and clean your designated area while prioritizing a nightly and weekly agenda. Collaborate with upper management to provide effective communication and resolve issues through strategic planning and conflict resolution. Work independently to make quality decisions and meet deadlines on assigned tasks. This second shift, full-time role offers advancement opportunities and includes insurance benefits.
