Job Summary
Site Manager responsible for overseeing staff, leasing responsibilities, tenant screening, and daily property operations at Turtle Creek Apartments. Duties include presenting apartments, processing leases, collecting rent, maintaining financial records and budgets, supervising maintenance staff and contractors, handling move-ins/move-outs, maintaining waiting lists, and ensuring compliance with Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968. Requires professional demeanor, multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, quick learning, and reliability. On-site living benefit includes rent-free housing with utility allowance; health and dental insurance provided. 1-3 years of office experience and a valid driver’s license required.
