SITE MANAGER

Oversee all staff members under your direction while adhering to company personnel directives. Present apartments, take applications, and screen prospective tenants to maintain high occupancy. Prepare leases, collect rent, and address delinquent accounts while maintaining accurate financial records. Supervise maintenance personnel, handle move-in and move-out details, and manage outside contractors within the established budget. Review monthly operating statements and report accidents or emergencies to Home Office. Ensure compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Federal Fair Housing Act of 1968. Process annual rent verification for residents and maintain a rental waiting list. This role supports Morrow Realty's mission to develop and manage affordable housing across the Southeast.
