Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including hiring, training, and developing teammates while driving monthly Limitless membership growth. Manage daily building and equipment maintenance to ensure a clean, safe environment, and cultivate business relationships through house accounts, chamber participation, and marketing initiatives. Create Caliber Fans via daily customer interactions and execute persuasive communication to motivate staff and solve problems quickly. Lead a team of part-time and full-time employees with a focus on superior service, requiring flexibility for weekends and closing shifts.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five (5) years' management experience
- service industry experience strongly preferred
- Selling ideas and training to others and the ability to teach, motivate and coach a team of part time and full time employees
- Be passionate about delivering superior customer service
- demonstrated leadership skills

- Must work 1 Saturday or Sunday each week
- Must be able to work closing shift regularly/as needed
