Job Summary
Lead day-to-day site operations by managing programme sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and quality control while ensuring projects remain on schedule, budget, and safe. Conduct health and safety inductions, toolbox talks, and hazard management, then maintain site records including daily diaries, progress photos, and RFIs for the Project Manager. Liaise professionally with clients and consultants to represent the company, resolving on-site issues and managing deliveries. Requires 5+ years of NZ site experience, Site Safe certification, and a clean driver's licence. Full-time role in Lincoln with vehicle and fuel card provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience running residential or commercial construction sites in New Zealand
- Current Site Safe certification
- Solid working knowledge of NZ H&S legislation
- Confidence with site management platforms
- Procore
- Aconex
- Full, clean NZ driver's licence
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualification (carpentry or similar)
- Experienced Leading Hand ready to step up into a Site Manager role
