Job Summary
Site Manager to pro-actively manage the entire site operation, ensuring the highest safety/environment standards, COMAH compliance, Emergency Preparedness, and maximizing GEU gas export through the AD plant. Responsibilities include people management and training, recruitment and appraisals, digestate stock/quality management, feedstock intake/sorting/loading operations, and planned maintenance. Qualifications include experience as a people manager with process engineering expertise, ideally with mechanical/electrical engineering background, H&S/compliance focus, reporting on plant performance, and training/qualifications in materials handling, confined spaces, working at heights, and first aid; NEBOSH and WAMITAB training provided if not held. Requires full UK driving licence; may involve weekend work and remote monitoring of the AD process.
