Job Summary
Site Manager Assistant role based in Roma, Italy, supporting work-schedule preparation and feasibility, monitoring execution to meet timelines and standards, collaborating with the Site Manager to ensure continuity, assisting in workforce planning and activity coordination, reporting issues to the Project Manager, and managing relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Supervising Authority. The position requires willingness to travel within Italy and contributes to an inclusive, growth-focused environment at Trevi Group.
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma or degree
- Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus
- Entry-level candidates, including recent graduates, will also be considered
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
- Willingness to travel within Italy (construction sites)
- For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from 25 000 to 50 000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the Edile Industria National Collective Labour Agreement.
