Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations across the main plant and satellite locations, including gas generation, hydrogen trans-fill, and driver outposts. Provide direct leadership for three direct reports while maintaining safety as the top priority through active engagement in Basic Safety Processes. Manage the Management of Change process, including procedure development and implementation, and respond to plant and distribution issues on a 24/7 basis. Drive productivity improvements, coordinate maintenance corrective actions, and coach employees on performance and career growth. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while supporting commercial drivers, operators, mechanics, and technical staff.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 7+ years of plant or operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
- Experience in process plant operations and/or maintenance
- Distribution operations and/or maintenance knowledge
- Strong leadership competencies
- Hands-on, can-do attitude
- Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement
- Demonstrated commitment to Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and compliance
- Strong commitment to teamwork, employee development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to build effective relationships with multiple support groups
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Ability to manage multiple reporting programs, priorities, and initiatives in a fast-paced operational environment
