Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of multiple wastewater and cleanwater infrastructure projects across East Cornwall and North Devon, ensuring quality delivery, cost-effectiveness, and strict adherence to Health & Safety and CDM regulations. Coordinate programmes to meet client deadlines, lead site teams and supply chain partners, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. Manage logistics, conduct regular site inspections and audits, and produce project documentation including RAMS. Support pre-construction activities through technical input and buildability reviews while coordinating with local authorities and statutory bodies. Attend client meetings to provide progress updates and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Site Management within wastewater/cleanwater infrastructure
- Technical knowledge of industry standards, civil engineering principles and relevant legal regulations
- Strong organisational and leadership skills for managing multiple teams and tasks effectively
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and address issues or delays in the construction process
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Relevant qualifications (not limited to) – Construction related Qualification ie ONC/HNC/NVQ/Degree
- CSCS Gold Card or above
- SMSTS
- Streetworks Supervisor
- Confined space
- Temporary Works Supervisor/Co-ordinator
- Deep Excavations
- Cat & Genny
