Job Summary
Site Maintenance Worker at Whitehouse Community Primary School responsible for leading a team of cleaners, performing in-house repairs and improvements, and contributing to site management and security. Duties include securing the site each evening and unlocking in the morning if required, routine and emergency maintenance/refurbishment, contributing to preventative maintenance, health and safety/site checks, liaising with contractors, porterage, and ad-hoc cleaning. Requires DIY skills (plumbing, carpentry), solid knowledge of maintaining educational/commercial settings, familiarity with building regulations and health and safety policies, strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, resilience, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
