Site Maintenance & Repair Technician

Job Summary
Complete assigned facilities requests, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs. Perform site inspections, submit bi-monthly forms, and ensure safety equipment meets OSHA standards. Conduct floor care, paint structures, and set up work stations or conference rooms as directed. Maintain organizational and agency vehicles through monthly inspections and repairs. Respond to 24-hour emergencies via on-call rotation. Drive to various MHP locations for assignments. Report activities violating laws or policies to management. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in maintenance of facilities
- Knowledge of how to operate hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills including desktop computing, e-mail, time sheet management, and internet research
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
