Job Summary
Manage maintenance and repair processes to ensure maximum plant reliability, availability, and lowest overall costs through high maintenance efficiency. Champion cultural change focused on increasing performance efficiency while minimizing unscheduled interruptions and reducing downtime using continuous improvement tools. Deploy gap identification processes to manage risk to personnel, equipment, and operations, and implement performance monitoring systems with metrics for asset reliability and failure elimination. Develop long-term reliability plans, track facility maintenance costs, and contribute to capital planning by preparing commitment information and transferring equipment reliability knowledge to project teams. Lead and develop a team of experienced professionals, coaching on talent management, hiring, and performance while collaborating with managers to align staff selections with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of the organization to influence and build and maintain collaborative working partnerships
- Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Certified maintenance reliability professional (CMRP) certification
- Formal training in predictive maintenance technologies
