Job Summary
Manage daily inbound/outbound operations, loading/unloading, and data booking for marine packed cargo shipments to fulfill customer commitments safely and accurately. Utilize EH&S tools to oversee on-site material movement, warehouse management, and stocktaking while recording daily production bookings and GR/GI data in SAP and bonded systems. Guide service providers and ensure customs compliance for duty-free imported materials. Requires forklift license, SAP/WMS familiarity, and Chinese fluency. Support duties include weekend coverage (2-3 days/month).
Required Qualifications
- at least 5+ years experience in logistic or customer service
- Chemical related product experiences
- Clear oral expression and essential writing skill in Chinese
- Forklift license
- Familiar with MS, SAP, and WMS
- Support duties during weekends when necessary (2-3 days/month)
