Job Summary
Coordinate construction logistics processes on a large semiconductor project site, supporting planning, implementation, and continuous updating of site logistics concepts. Control site setup, material flows, traffic routes, deliveries, and waste disposal while ensuring implementation of applicable HSE and site safety regulations. Coordinate closely with construction management leadership, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless processes, and support schedule, cost, and quality control for site logistics and variation management. Identify optimization potential and implement pragmatic on-site solutions. Requires a degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, or Architecture with several years of experience in construction logistics, ideally on large high-tech projects. Full on-site presence required in an EU neighboring country west of Germany with full willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable; alternatively certified construction technician
- Several years of experience in construction logistics or logistics coordination, ideally on large high-tech projects
- Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured working approach
- Proficiency in English
- Full willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe
- 100% on-site presence required
Desired Qualifications
- German, French and Dutch are an advantage
