Job Summary
Coordinate vessel asset mobilization and demobilization, managing customs clearance, tracking, and final delivery of project equipment to offshore vessels. Liaise with vessel operations, competent authorities, and subcontractors to oversee supply chain processes, including food, fuel, fresh water, and waste disposal services. Supervise marine agency services, immigration formalities, and crew changes while ensuring strict adherence to HSE and security guidelines. Manage inventory, storage requirements, and material traceability, issuing service orders and releasing payments for local subcontractors. Ensure all materials are certified for offshore use and maintain detailed documentation for shipping and customs.
