Job Summary

Coach the site leadership team to develop a Lean Roadmap aligned with GE Vernova and Gas Value Stream targets, driving safety, responsiveness, and quality improvements. Lead plant-wide Lean implementation through hands-on Kaizens, BiQ, Zero Defect Framework, and TPM, while building and mentoring internal facilitators and a moonshine team. Create value stream maps to eliminate waste, organize monthly operating reviews for SQDC KPIs, and facilitate Kaizen events focused on pre-work, training, and sustained benefits. Support early Lean integration in new product introductions and prepare executive business reviews. Bachelor's degree required with five years of Lean deployment experience; salary range $122,600 to $204,400. Located at the Bangor Manufacturing facility.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma /GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
  • Minimum 5 years hands - on experience in Lean deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Formal Lean Training /certification
  • Ability to develop and motivate a high-involvement team through commitment to meeting customer and organization demands
  • Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, quality management systems, and standard cost systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting / financial processes
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
  • Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
  • Demonstrated commitment to the GE Vernova Way
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
