Job Summary
Coach the site leadership team to develop a Lean Roadmap aligned with GE Vernova and Gas Value Stream targets, utilizing internal and external Kaizens to drive cross-functional results. Lead the implementation of Lean principles in product design and process development for New Product Introductions while building a moonshine team and shop. Facilitate monthly operating reviews to action SQDC KPIs, organize value stream maps to eliminate waste, and conduct Kaizen events focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Mentor employees using Lean tools, train site leadership on concepts, and present business reviews to executive leaders. Ensure all activities adhere to EHS and Quality requirements, including a culture of stop-work for abnormalities. Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of Lean deployment experience. Salary range $122,600–$204,400.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma /GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)
- Minimum 5 years hands - on experience in Lean deployment and driving changes in production shop floor through strategic projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Formal Lean Training /certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
