Job Summary
Lead daily manufacturing activities to accomplish shift objectives regarding safety, productivity, and product quality. Organize workflow, job assignments, and material movements while identifying bottlenecks and coordinating maintenance. Maintain ISO and QMS compliance, analyze process problems, and collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Team on non-conforming products. Supervise hourly associates, administer payroll reconciliation, and lead daily 'Toolbox' meetings. Carry out incident investigations for safety accidents and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols. Must be able to work on shifts and available for on-call rotation.
