Job Summary
Set up and supervise missions while staffing inspectors and validating training. Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel through daily communications. Isolate, tag, and verify nonconforming material, then conduct ongoing audits and visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to ensure compliance. Update daily system entries, create reports, and troubleshoot process flow issues with suppliers and customers. Partner with Human Resources for performance resolutions and maintain a 5S working environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of work experience in a supervisory role
- 1+ year in Quality related position
- Proficiency in English
- Computer skills Microsoft Office (basic Microsoft Excel proficiency) and Outlook
- Proficient in the use of various gauges and measuring devices
- Ability to lift / move 50 lbs.
