Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations including production scheduling, order fulfillment, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while supervising production, QC, and admin teams. Monitor performance metrics, execute corrective actions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to maintain OTIF targets and minimize waste. Maintain accurate records on output, materials usage, and labor. Reports to the US Branch Operations Manager with direct oversight of production supervisors and support staff. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field and 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing or branch-level operations leadership
- Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and team supervision
- Hands-on experience in applying operational procedures and safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures
- Must use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Lifting/pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs
