Job Summary
Site Leader responsible for the end-to-end performance of the Corry, PA manufacturing site, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people outcomes. Leads daily operations with a focus on disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to support profitable growth. Drives a safety-first culture, develops production plans aligned to customer demand, leads KPI reviews and CAPEX initiatives, and partners with HR on workforce planning and talent development. Builds a high-performance, accountable leadership team and collaborates with Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to meet customer requirements and margin targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Experience leading plant or site operations with full operational accountability
- Strong background in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and performance management
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
