Job Summary
Lead end-to-end warehouse operations at the Cofradía site, managing inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound flows while driving performance through KPIs for safety, quality, productivity, and costs. Conduct daily Gemba walks to ensure execution and process adherence, lead a team of over 70 employees, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies. Monitor inventory accuracy via WMS and manage cost control aligned with operational budgets to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, seven years of warehouse experience, and proficiency in SAP and Power BI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related)
- +7 years in warehouse / contract logistics operations
- Proven leadership in large-scale operations (50+ employees)
- Strong customer-facing experience
- Background in inventory management and warehouse execution
- Experience in logistics operators
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI
- SAP
- WMS (mandatory)
- Intermediate English (desirable)
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)
- Strong presence on the floor (not desk-based)
- Data-driven decision making
- High sense of urgency and accountability
- Firm leadership style with focus on results and structure
- Ability to challenge, influence, and manage stakeholders
