Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center, leading a team of up to 100 direct and indirect reports. Monitor performance gaps, engage teams daily to remove execution barriers, and coach staff to maintain high work standards. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives while overseeing safety, environmental programs, and facility management. Perform regular daily audits of key processes and partner across the organization to meet monthly budget expectations. Establish clear team expectations and hold the team accountable for performance. This on-site role at our Hiram, Georgia fulfillment center requires significant leadership experience in distribution and a passion for performance improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Site Leader or similar role
- 10+ Years Fulfillment or Distribution Experience
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (i.e. NestSuite)
- Experience in an Automated Pick Environment
- Knowledge of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- Continuous improvement certification
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw relevant conclusions
- Degree in Business or Operations Management
Desired Qualifications
- Food & Beverage facility experience is a plus
