Job Summary
Site Leader for a Gopuff Micro Fulfilment Centre responsible for delivering best-in-class customer order fulfilment in a fast-paced environment. Lead and develop a team of operations supervisors and associates, oversee inventory control and replenishment, monitor order accuracy and timeliness, ensure exceptional customer experience, manage the MFC P&L and cost effectiveness, and maintain compliance and safety standards. Drive operational performance through KPI tracking and action planning; comfortable with data analytics to support continuous improvement. Requires 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics, willingness to travel, weekends and late nights, and on-site work in Cambridge MFC, CB1 3EW.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of managerial experience in either retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong process focus with experience in operational excellence and delivering on compliance
- Proficiency in using data analytics and tools for continuous operational improvements
- Willing to travel as necessary to fulfil day-to-day duties
- Able to work weekends and late nights
- Ability to work full time on site in Cambridge MFC, CB1 3EW
