Manage daily operations with a clear focus on excellence, accountability, and team development. Coach and grow team members through hands-on training, regular feedback, and growth opportunities. Protect and maintain the facility by keeping it clean, safe, and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance. Drive performance by monitoring KPIs, managing labor costs, and executing business strategies to hit goals. Own admin tasks including scheduling, payroll, hiring, and team documentation with accuracy. Champion safety and compliance by ensuring procedures and policies are followed to keep both team and guests safe. Lead by example to build a positive, high-energy environment where your team thrives. Requires at least two years of management experience, flexibility for various shifts including weekends, and a valid driver's license.
