Job Summary
The Site Lead serves as the primary security officer responsible for emergency response and administrative duties including training certifications, payroll processing, and staff scheduling. Key responsibilities include monitoring security personnel, conducting guard briefings, responding to incidents, ensuring compliance with policies, and maintaining required documentation. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of relevant security experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet pre-hire screening requirements. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year of armed security, military police or law enforcement experience
- Associates degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or three years of security experience, or three years of military or National Guard experience, or successful completion of Police Officers Standard Training (POST)
- Basic computer operating skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Must be able to pass criminal background screen, drug test and physical exam
- Must hold a current valid driver’s license
- Must certify under customer requirements and maintain all security clearances.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with the M4 / Remington 870 and .40 caliber platforms is preferred.

- Access to government facilities/installations is mandatory
