Job Summary
The Site Lead oversees the security operations, ensuring that personnel meet contract requirements and legal regulations. Responsibilities include managing security personnel, conducting training, monitoring compliance with safety policies, scheduling staff, responding to incidents, and maintaining accurate records. Candidates must possess a High School diploma (or equivalent) and meet specific experience criteria related to armed security or law enforcement, along with communication and computer skills. Relevant certifications and clearances are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum of one (1) year of armed security, military police, or law enforcement experience
- Associates degree in Criminal Justice or similar related field OR Three (3) years of security experience OR Three (3) years of military or National Guard experience OR Successful completion of Police Officers Standard Training (POST)
- Basic computer operating skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Must be able to pass criminal background screen, drug test, and physical exam
- Must hold a current valid driver’s license
- Must certify under customer requirements and obtain and maintain all security clearances
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with the M4 / Remington 870 and .40 caliber platforms
