Deploy humanoid robots on customer sites and manage daily onsite production operations for the night shift. Oversee fleet service, maintenance, and upgrades while coordinating with the day shift lead and headquarters teams. Lead onsite team hiring, development, and execution in high-pressure situations, providing new product feedback and engineering insights. Requires 5+ years deploying hardware at customer sites or in industrial settings, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Based in Fontana or Riverside, CA, this full-time role supports Figure's goal of shipping autonomous humanoid robots with human-level intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience deploying hardware at customer sites or in industrial settings, technical or engineering consulting, and/or technical program management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Excellent judgment, team leadership, and execution in high-pressure situations
- Management of several employees
- Experience in customer-facing roles
