Site Lead - K12 (8014)

Site Lead at a K-12 school site responsible for executing daily menus to company recipe specifications, managing a team of cooks/preps, and overseeing daily prep and meal service to a school schedule. Leads breakfast/lunch service, ensures on-time delivery, monitors inventory and food safety, completes NSLP production records, manages staff performance, handles deliveries and quality verification, and serves as the face of Genuine Foods to students, teachers, and parents. Requires ability to supervise in a fast-paced school food-service environment, strong customer service orientation, organizational skills, and capacity to work independently while coordinating with field management and directors.
