Site Lead- Higher ED (8128)

Site Lead is responsible for executing the daily menu to company recipe specifications and managing the operations of a school site. Leads a team of cooks and preps, oversees daily prep, and ensures adherence to school schedules and recipe standards. Maintains accurate production records for National School Lunch compliance, manages inventory and food cost, oversees deliveries and quality checks, enforces food safety practices, and serves as the face of Genuine Foods to students, teachers, and parents. Reports to the field manager and culinary/operations directors and works Mon-Fri in a college/university setting.
