Site Lead

Lead and oversee daily operations at a Flexcar location; manage fleet readiness, create MC schedules, and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships. Own the full performance of a Flexcar location—including hiring, training, and leading the team— while managing local P&L costs to drive profitability. Ensure consistent execution across service, fleet, member experience, and inventory; monitor KPIs (available inventory, turnaround times, NPS, utilization, cost per mile); deliver an exceptional member experience with clean cars and on-time orders; maintain a safe, compliant site; collaborate with HQ to implement new programs and operational improvements. Roles at this level may specialize as General Managers or in focused leadership roles like Fleet Manager or Member Experience Manager depending on skills and business needs.
