Job Summary
Lead on-site deployment and operations of humanoid robots at the customer site in Reno, oversee fleet maintenance and on-boarding, develop and lead the on-site team, and coordinate with the California-based team. Drive on-site testing, feature development input, service, upgrades, and engineering feedback, while maintaining strong communication and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience deploying hardware at customer sites or in industrial settings, technical or engineering consulting, and/or technical program management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Excellent judgment, team leadership, and execution in high-pressure situations.
- Management of several employees
- Experience in customer-facing roles
