Job Summary
Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates while managing day-to-day operations of your assigned area. Clean your designated site, identify training needs, and retain top performers by strategically planning and delegating duties. Work with upper management to provide effective communication, manage time, and prioritize nightly and weekly agendas. This second shift role requires independent leadership skills to develop and lead your team.
