Job Summary
Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates while managing day-to-day operations of your assigned site. Identify training needs, retain top performers, and collaborate with upper management to ensure effective communication. Manage time by prioritizing nightly and weekly agendas, strategically planning resources, and delegating duties. Work independently to provide high-quality service and resolve issues through strategic decision-making. This second-shift role requires strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
Required Qualifications

- Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week by using effective time management and scheduling
