Job Summary
Prepare examination and treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain organized supplies to facilitate efficient patient care. Coordinate diagnostic tests, manage patient files, and order clinical inventory while ensuring all equipment meets safety standards. Supervise nursing and administrative staff by planning schedules, conducting performance reviews, and leading recruitment for hourly positions. Monitor adherence to practice policies, complete incident reports, and address staffing concerns to maintain a compliant environment. Requires 3 years of clinical experience, including 1 year in a lead role, with Medical Assistant proficiency. Full-time position in Bedford, NH.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems
- Experience using practice management software for electronic medical record-keeping
- Capability of scribing chart notes as directed by the provider
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of medical practice and organizational policies
- Familiarity with examination, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures
- Skilled in the use and maintenance of medical equipment and instruments
- Awareness of common safety hazards and precautions
- Competence in documenting and maintaining accurate patient care records
- Must have prior Medical Assistant experience
