Job Summary
Site IT Manager on-site leadership of IT services at the Kokomo, Indiana plant/tech center. Leads IT governance, cybersecurity, OT/IT integration, AI adoption (Copilots and automation), and local digital initiatives; owns the site IT roadmap, partners with regional/global IT teams, coaches the local IT team, manages vendors, and ensures continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 2 years in a site or hands-on IT leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on technical skills with enterprise low-code and AI tooling (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, approved Azure AI services)
- Basic scripting (Python, SQL)
- Working IT/OT depth — practical support of MES/SCADA environments, plant networks, edge and IIoT connectivity, and shop-floor systems
- Experience deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI tools (Copilots, intelligent automation, responsible AI) at the site level
- Cybersecurity knowledge — zero-trust, OT security, identity, vulnerability and patch hygiene
- Strong service excellence orientation, incident management, root-cause discipline, and ITIL fundamentals
- Vendor and supplier management at the site level
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with plant and tech center leadership
