Job Summary
Manage IT service delivery to ensure SLAs meet site requirements and act as the single point of contact between local business partners and the IT organization. Develop and maintain the Site IT Master Plan, manage the full IT budget, and lead infrastructure lifecycle management including asset inventory, risk assessment, and capital projects. Ensure adherence to global IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining the IT Applications Repository for audit support. Partner with senior business leaders to translate strategies into technology solutions, specifically leveraging SAP configuration knowledge for Brazil tax requirements across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions. Lead project portfolios and technology initiatives within a complex business environment, working across local and global teams to drive operational excellence and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and translating business strategies into technology solutions and priorities
- Strong hands-on SAP configuration knowledge, particularly related to Brazil tax requirements across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions
- Experience managing IT demand, project portfolios, or technology initiatives within a complex business environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to work across local and global teams
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management (network, server, storage, laptop, and desktop environments)
