Job Summary
Site Instructor at BSASC Program supports daily operations at the assigned school site, leading enrichment activities, assisting with logistics, and ensuring student engagement and safety. Responsibilities include leading experiential learning using lesson plans, facilitating physical activities, supporting enrichment sessions, assisting with academic rotations, attendance and meal support, supervising students, managing behavior, assisting with dismissal, and collaborating with the Site Supervisor. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of youth experience, ability to lead activities, strong communication and teamwork, CPR/First Aid certification, and passing Level II background and sex offender checks.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth in education, recreation, or after-school settings
- Ability to lead activities and maintain student engagement
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Must pass Level II background screening and sex offender registry check
