Job Summary
Site Inspector - Electrical for Al Ain projects oversees construction-site inspections, quality and HSSE compliance, and the adherence of contractors to approved drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include reviewing contractor submittals, shop drawings, method statements, project procedures and traffic management plans; monitoring on-site activities with Planning Engineers; conducting quality inspections and raising non-conformities; assisting with claims responses, hand-over and defects liability processes; and ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with contract requirements. Requires strong understanding of construction drawings, international engineering standards, and bilingual communication in Arabic and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry
- Knowledge of construction supervision services
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
