Job Summary
Develop site identification strategies, manage feasibility questionnaires, and coordinate CDA outreach to support post-award site selection. Oversee Site Activation Specialist resources and lead client discussions while training assigned staff. Communicate complex data through persuasive presentations and visualizations within a fast-paced environment. Requires 5+ years of industry experience, foundational knowledge of site identification, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time role based in the United States with salary ranging from $71,500 to $142,500 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of transferable experience in industry, health care, or data-driven feasibility
- Background in medicine, science, or other relevant discipline across a broad range of therapeutic areas, preferably with substantial international experience in clinical drug development
- Knowledge of the principles of Good Clinical Practice
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience
- Must have competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to be flexible
- An effective communicator, both written and spoken English, who demonstrates the ability to critically analyze and present information/data, communicate persuasively, and develop compelling visualizations (charts, graphics, etc.)
- Experience leading client discussions and escalations
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Ability to process information and adapt to new information
- Ability to be patient with colleagues and peers
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast pace environment with short timelines with oversight
- Ability to function as part of and support/lead remote teams
- Excellent organizational skills
- Foundational knowledge of Site Identification
- Ability to travel for business needs (< 10%)
