Job Summary
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions while ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards. Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs to promote a strong safety culture. Monitor HSE performance, prepare reports, and communicate status updates to project and corporate stakeholders. Support accident investigations, safety planning, and collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Requires a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects. Fluency in English and German is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience within construction, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, construction site safety management, and risk assessment methodologies
- Experience conducting HSE audits and training, ideally within ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 environments
- Fluent English and German
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel for project assignments
