Job Summary
HSE Manager role focusing on implementing, monitoring, and improving safety management systems across large-scale industrial/project environments. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing safety documentation (risk assessments, method statements, permit to work), acting as HSE focal point for site and project teams, coordinating with managers and stakeholders to implement HSE practices, monitoring HSE indicators for KPI tracking, ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance (BOCW Act, ISO 45001), leading incident investigations and CAPA, conducting site inspections, promoting a strong safety culture, and delivering HSE campaigns, toolbox talks, and emergency drills. Requires an engineering graduate with industrial safety background, 10+ years of HSE management experience in complex environments, ISO 45001 knowledge, incident investigation skills, strong communication, and ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate with an Industrial Safety Diploma
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HSE management within large industrial or project environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 standards
- Experience with BOCW Act requirements
- Internal Auditor certification is an added advantage
- Fluency in English
