Site HRBP

Partner with the GM and their team to develop and deploy strategic planning goals, advise on talent management including skills requirements, workforce planning, and succession planning, and consult on organizational design and restructuring. Plan and facilitate HR initiatives such as performance reviews, employee engagement, and compensation planning while driving employee communications through newsletters, town halls, and presentations. Manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Research trends and metrics to develop retention strategies and assist with diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives. Drive employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, and leave management, and deliver targeted training on HR topics.
