Job Summary
Conduct on-site HR consulting for 435 custodial employees, supervisors, and managers at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Assess and anticipate HR-related needs to implement practical solutions with a focus on process and metrics. Advise account level management on policies and programs covering recruitment, personnel records, labor relations, job evaluation, compensation, benefits, training, and AAP/EEO. Serve as an employee champion and change agent while contributing to the development of unit-specific policies. This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Bilingual/Spanish is preferred.
