Job Summary
Lead the Site General Manager responsibilities to oversee operations at the Salt Lake City site, with full accountability for delivering operational excellence across EHS, Quality, Service and Cost. Drive the implementation of the Site Mission and Master Plan, steer performance objectives in Environmental Health and Safety, Quality & Compliance, Customer Supply, and financial performance, and oversee the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and a large number of New Product Launches annually. Engage, enable and develop a workforce of ~600 colleagues to ensure the site’s leadership capabilities, drive continuous process improvements using Teva’s Operating Processes, and represent the site with local authorities and community leaders. Requires an academic background in relevant scientific or engineering fields, deep knowledge of pharma processes, cGMP, validation, regulatory requirements, and strong cross-functional leadership with strong communication and analytics skills.
Required Qualifications
- Academic background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Engineering
- Relevant scientific or business degree
- Knowledge of cGMP, Validation, and regulatory requirements
- Experience leading site operations and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement
