Job Summary
Operate your car wash site, managing all aspects of facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety while addressing customer complaints. Hire, train, coach, and develop a team to create an engaging culture that delivers excellent customer service and drives sales growth. Proactively solve operation, people, and profit challenges to achieve financial and performance results through your own and other teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of management experience, and the ability to manage time and work effectively. Compensation includes a base salary of $53,000 plus a monthly bonus and uncapped commission from membership sales.
